Bulk & Custom Order Policy

This Bulk & Custom Order Policy applies to custom labels, bulk orders, wedding favours, corporate gifting, personalised hampers, and other made-to-order products purchased from Verohi Creations.

5.1 Custom and Bulk Products

We offer:

• Custom labels
• Bulk scented candle orders
• Wedding favours
• Corporate gifting
• Personalised hampers
• Gift boxes
• Custom fragrance/product combinations, where feasible
• Other made-to-order products

All custom and bulk orders are subject to feasibility, material availability, production capacity, timelines, design requirements, packaging availability, and payment confirmation.

5.2 Payment Terms

All orders are prepaid unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

For large or bulk orders, unless otherwise agreed:

• 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order.
• Remaining 50% must be paid before dispatch.
• Shipping charges may be estimated initially but finalized before dispatch.
• Dispatch will not be made until full product payment and final shipping charges are paid.

5.3 Shipping Charges for Bulk Orders

Bulk order shipping charges may not be finalized at the time of initial discussion because final shipping cost depends on weight, volume, packaging, courier partner, delivery location, and shipping method.

An estimate may be shared initially, but final shipping charges must be paid before dispatch.

5.4 Cancellation of Bulk or Custom Orders

Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of order placement or confirmation.

After this period, cancellation may not be accepted, especially if material sourcing, jar ordering, label design, production, packaging, or customization has started.

Advance payments may be non-refundable if cancellation is requested after work has started.

5.5 Customer Approval Responsibility

Customers must carefully review and approve all custom details before confirmation, including:

• Names
• Dates
• Spellings
• Label text
• Logo or artwork
• Colors
• Quantity
• Fragrance choices
• Product size
• Packaging details
• Delivery timeline
• Shipping details

Verohi Creations is not responsible for errors provided, missed, or approved by the customer.

5.6 Bulk Timelines

Bulk order timelines vary based on:

• Quantity
• Product type
• Fragrance selection
• Jar or packaging availability
• Custom label/design requirements
• Quality requirements
• Production capacity
• Delivery deadline
• Courier availability

Any timeline shared before final confirmation is an estimate unless expressly confirmed in writing.

5.7 Bulk Discount Slabs

For orders of the same product, the following minimum website discount slabs may apply:

For direct WhatsApp or personally discussed bulk orders, pricing may vary depending on product type, customization, raw materials, timelines, fragrance, jar, packaging, and shipping requirements.
