Return, Refund & Store Credit Policy

This Return, Refund & Store Credit Policy applies to purchases made from Verohi Creations through our website, Instagram, WhatsApp, phone, or other official sales channels.

3.1 General Return Policy

Due to the handmade, fragile, scented, personal-use, and made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns.

Returns may be considered only in limited cases where there is sufficient proof of a genuine defect, wrong product, or issue accepted by Verohi Creations.

Approval of return, refund, replacement, or store credit is at the sole discretion of Verohi Creations.

3.2 Non-Returnable Products

The following products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Used candles
  • Burned candles
  • Opened or used wax melts or wax sachets
  • Custom labels
  • Personalised products
  • Gift boxes and hampers once opened or used
  • Bulk orders
  • Wedding favours
  • Corporate gifting orders
  • Limited-time sale products
  • Discounted products
  • Products damaged due to customer handling, storage, or misuse
  • Products damaged due to improper candle burning or unsafe use

3.3 Damage or Defect Reporting Window

If a customer receives a damaged or defective product, the issue must be reported within 12 hours of delivery.

Customers must contact us through WhatsApp or email with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos of the outer packaging
  • Clear photos of the shipping label
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue
  • A complete unboxing video from sealed package opening to product inspection

Claims without sufficient proof may be rejected.

3.4 Transit Damage

We take care in packing our products, but we do not accept full liability for courier mishandling or transit damage once the package has been handed over to the shipping partner.

Where a valid transit damage claim is accepted by us after reviewing the evidence, our maximum liability shall be limited to up to 50% of the total order value excluding shipping, calculated after all discounts, offers, coupons, store credits, or promotional benefits.

The exact remedy will depend on the actual damage incurred as assessed by us.

3.5 Available Remedies

If a claim is accepted, we may provide one of the following remedies at our discretion:

  • Store credit
  • Partial store credit
  • Partial replacement support
  • Replacement of damaged component, if feasible
  • Partial refund, if specifically approved
  • Any other remedy decided by Verohi Creations

Any compensation will be based on actual damage and shall not exceed the liability limit stated above.

3.6 Return Shipping Charges

If a return is approved by us, the customer must bear the return shipping charges unless we specifically agree otherwise in writing.

The product must be returned unused, unburned, undamaged, and in original packaging wherever possible.

Refund, replacement, or store credit will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

3.7 Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within 2–5 business days after approval, subject to bank, payment gateway, platform, or service provider timelines.

3.8 Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 7416891918 with the order ID.

Cancellation requests made after 12 hours may be rejected if production, sourcing, customisation, packaging, or dispatch preparation has started.

3.9 Cancellation by Verohi Creations

We may cancel orders due to product unavailability, payment issues, address issues, suspected fraud, production issues, listing errors, unserviceable location, or circumstances beyond our control.

If we cancel a prepaid order, we will inform the customer and initiate refund generally within 2–5 business days.
