This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with Verohi Creations are processed, packed, shipped, and delivered.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy, including the applicable shipping charges, payment requirements, processing conditions, and cancellation and refund terms stated herein. For international orders, processing and dispatch are subject to the customer's explicit agreement to the applicable terms and charges.
2.1 Shipping Coverage
We currently ship website orders within India only.
For international requests, customers may contact us directly through WhatsApp or email. International orders may be accepted only on request and may require a minimum order quantity of 50 pieces, subject to product type, shipping feasibility, customs requirements, payment terms, and delivery location.
All international orders are subject to the customer's acceptance of this Shipping Policy, confirmation of the applicable shipping charges, and clearance of all outstanding payments before dispatch.
2.2 Order Processing Time
Our products are handcrafted and may require preparation, curing, material sourcing, jar ordering, packaging, labeling, customisation, or quality checks.
The minimum processing time is usually 2–3 days after order placement.
Processing time may be longer depending on:
Order quantity
Product availability
Jar, wax, fragrance, or packaging availability
Custom labels or personalization
Gift box or hamper requirements
Bulk order requirements
Production schedule
Quality checks
Festivals, high-demand periods, or holidays
Bulk and custom order timelines vary based on customer requirements and will be discussed separately.
Payment Clearance and Dispatch Conditions for International Orders
For international orders, customers who have made a partial payment must clear the entire outstanding balance, including the applicable international shipping charges and any other agreed charges, before dispatch. An order will not be dispatched until all outstanding dues have been received and cleared by Verohi Creations.
Once an order has been fully prepared, completed, and is ready for dispatch, it shall not ordinarily be eligible for cancellation or a refund solely because the customer changes their mind or decides not to proceed with the shipment. Customers are therefore advised to confirm their order, payment obligations, and applicable shipping charges before the order reaches the ready-for-dispatch stage. This condition remains subject to applicable consumer protection laws and any rights available to customers under our Return, Refund & Store Credit Policy.
2.3 Delivery Timeline Within India
Delivery timelines depend on the shipping method selected by the customer and the delivery location.
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
Express Shipping: Approximately 2–4 days
Standard Shipping: Approximately 4–7 days
These are estimated timelines and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, public holidays, weather, remote location, strikes, festivals, incorrect address, customer unavailability, operational issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
2.4 Shipping Partners
Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders within India are shipped exclusively through DTDC. The availability of delivery services and estimated delivery timelines are subject to DTDC's serviceability and operational conditions.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped through our designated international shipping partner. We do not disclose the identity of our international shipping partner. The shipping partner is only disclosed once the order is confirmed to maintain seller competition.
International shipping arrangements, applicable charges, and delivery timelines are determined based on the destination country, shipment requirements, final packaging, and the rates applicable through our shipping partner.
2.5 Shipping Charges
Free Domestic Shipping
Orders with a merchandise value of ₹1,499 or more are eligible for free standard shipping within India. Orders below ₹1,499 will be subject to applicable shipping charges.
Free shipping applies only to eligible domestic orders and does not apply to international shipments.
International Shipping Charges and Rate Card
International shipping charges are calculated according to the rates charged by our designated international shipping partner. Depending on the shipment and destination, applicable charges may include:
International freight and logistics fees
Global Disruption Adjustment (GDA) charges
Goods and Services Tax (GST), where applicable
Handling charges
Other applicable shipping, processing, or logistics-related charges imposed by the shipping partner
Estimated Shipping Rate Card
Before an international order is confirmed, the customer will be provided with an estimated shipping rate card based on the information and shipment specifications available at that time. This rate card is an estimate only and does not constitute a fixed or guaranteed final shipping price.
The final shipping charges will be calculated after the order has been prepared and packed, based on the final shipment weight, dimensions, volumetric weight, destination, and the applicable rates and charges imposed by our international shipping partner.
Packaging and Volumetric Weight
Verohi Creations will make reasonable efforts to minimise the shipment's volumetric weight through efficient packaging while maintaining appropriate internal protection and structural sturdiness for the products. However, packaging requirements depend on the nature, quantity, dimensions, and fragility of the items ordered. The final package dimensions and chargeable weight will be determined after packing.
Customer's Responsibility for Final Shipping Charges
The customer is responsible for paying the final international shipping charges applicable to the shipment, including any GDA charges, GST, handling charges, logistics fees, and other applicable charges imposed by our shipping partner.
If the final shipping cost differs from the estimated rate card, the revised amount will be communicated to the customer. The customer must agree to the final applicable shipping charges and clear the full outstanding amount before dispatch. No international order will be dispatched until all outstanding payments have been received and cleared by Verohi Creations.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or destination-country clearance charges not included in the shipping rate card will be payable by the customer unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
International shipping charges are separate from the merchandise value and are not covered by the domestic free-shipping offer.
2.6 Wrong Address or Incomplete Address
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including flat/house number, building name, street, area, city, state, PIN code, landmark, and active phone number.
Verohi Creations is not responsible for failed delivery, delays, return to sender, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete customer details.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, incomplete address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
2.7 Tracking Details
Once the order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared through website updates, WhatsApp, email, SMS, or any available communication channel.
Tracking updates depend on the courier partner and may take time to reflect.
2.8 Damage During Shipping
We take reasonable care while packing orders, but candles, jars, wax-based fragrance products, gift boxes, hampers, and accessories may be delicate.
Damage during shipping must be reported within 12 hours of delivery with complete proof as mentioned in our Return, Refund & Store Credit Policy via WhatsApp or other means of contact.
Any accepted liability for transit damage is limited to a maximum of 50% of the total order value excluding shipping, calculated after discounts, offers, coupons, store credits, or promotional benefits, and based on actual damage assessed by us, subject to applicable law and our Return, Refund & Store Credit Policy.
